Maggie Dutton

Carmen, our Office Manager, is a native of Uruguay. She joined our team in 2006 and is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health. Her specialty is big apartment complexes! She speaks fluent Spanish and is a Notary Public. She's mom to a spirited rescue named Roy, and has four human grandsons! In her spare time, Carmen enjoys painting and has shared a few with us to hang in the office!

Anita has been part of Team Maggie Dutton for 11 years. She worked for other agents in Ohio and Tennessee, for a total of 16 years in the State Farm family. She's licensed in Property and Casualty. Anita has three daughters (including twins) and one son, but is most proud to be "Nina" to TEN grandchildren! She has one fur-baby, Richie, who is very patient with all of those grandchildren.

Terri joined our team in 2017, after working 10 years with State Farm agents in Maryland and Missouri. She's licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health. Terri is mom to three daughters who live in MO and IL, and welcomed her grandson Rowen in 2022! Her youngest daughter Grace, interned in our office and worked as an agent team member in metro St. Louis while attending St. Louis University. Terri has two four-legged kids still at home, Harper and Hugo, and loves volunteering with the Humane Society of South Coastal Georgia.

Sharon joined our team in 2014, after 13 years with the American Cancer Society. She's always getting us involved in supporting great causes and local organizations. Sharon is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health. She has no children of her own, but has been "Ms. Sharon" to hundreds of kids throughout the community for more than 30 years! You might find her on a local stage in the Golden Isles, portraying anyone from Mrs. Cratchit to a Mouse/Pig/Knight, or even a singing "sister"!

Dylan has been a member of our team for almost a year and a half, joining us after three years at Merrill Lynch. He grew up on St. Simons Island and graduated from Frederica Academy, where he played baseball for seven years. He's a graduate of Georgia Southern University. Dylan loves playing golf and has scored FOUR Holes-in-One, three of them at the Brunswick Country Club! He and his wife have a sweet dog named Libby and are excited to be new homeowners.

Laura is our newest team member and brings a vast background -- from restaurant and retail management to owning her own roofing company! She has been married for more than 20 years and has a son and 2 step-children, as well as 2 grandsons. Laura is a board member for the Marty Lyons Foundation and is passionate about helping make dreams come true for terminally ill children. In her spare time, she loves to travel, fish and play golf. Laura's golf team (the Dirty Coconuts) recently finished in the Top 3 (for playing) and at the top (for dressing) in a popular local tournament!

Nancy has been part of our team for almost a year and brings more than 25 years of customer service experience. She works remotely and loves the ability to balance customer service and family lifestyle. She's been married for more than 30 years and has 3 adult sons. But she's really proud to be "Gigi" to 2 grandsons! Nancy enjoys spending time with family, reading, gardening, writing, and taking long walks.

Sydney joined our team in 2022 but has been with State Farm since 2017. She's a mom to 3 daughters who play soccer ... so she's a "soccer mom"! Family is important to Sydney, and they love to spend time together, including in sports. She and her husband play golf, and she also plays soccer with her daughters. Sydney grew up in Ft. Myers, FL, but loves calling Georgia home now since most of her family live here.
